On receipt of order, We will pre-arrange a suitable delivery date with our customer.

We prefer to use our own delivery vehicles to deliver but we will occasionally use alternative carriers for some orders. 

We strongly advise all customers not to book fitters until they have received the relevant goods, Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to deliver promptly we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.

To minimise inconvenience to our customers our drivers are willing to ring to give an estimated time of arrival.

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, items delivered by our courier services and our own delivery drivers are only one man deliveries. We will deliver to ground floor properties, If required a two man delivery can be arranged at a small extra charge. Our own drivers are quite happy to wheel your product into an unobstructed room of your choice.

Where a pre-arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods then the customer may be liable to pay a reasonable re-delivery charge, this charge may also apply if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order after a failed delivery you may be required to pay a reasonable cancellation charge.

Re-delivery or cancellation charges may also be charged in the event that a delivery fails due to parking restrictions or other access problems (e.g. stairs or narrow doorways) which you fail to notify ourselves at time of order.
